Welcome!
This website was created to track our progress as two college students (Quinn Chrzan and Michael Altfield) trek across America by bicycle.
Our trip will start in Georgia, and our destination will be California. The trip itself is going to cost each of us about $3,000-$5,000. We've worked summers to save for this trip but--being full-time students--anything additional will make a dramatic difference in the quality of our experience. Donations of any amount will be greatly appreciated.
If you are an organization (corporate, non-profit environmental, or otherwise) that would like to sponsor us, please send an email to michael@2guys1biketrip.com and we can advertise your organization as we travel state-to-state across America.
We expect to begin our ride sometime in May 2010. As that date approaches, we will periodically update this website with our developing plans.
